La Clé
Cabernet Sauvignon
2021
The 2021 vintage was defined by a larger than average crop, helped along by a cool, and late harvest. This quality of both red and white grapes was outstanding and it has shaped out to be a vintage to be cellared and aged.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
A vibrant garnet colour right to the edge.
Nose:
Immediate earthy notes open up to hints of tobacco, complimented by aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants and star anise.
Palate:
A rich approach with a lively minerality and well-integrated tannin structure. Dominating dark berry notes are balanced by a forest floor earthiness and hints of aromatic allspice. The finish is elegant and lingering.
